GARODIA CHEMICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Garodia Chemicals Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Friday February 14 2025 inter alia: 1. To consider Un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31 2024. We further inform you that the trading window of the Company is already closed w.e.f. January 01 2025 which shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including amendments thereto).
