Board of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals recommends Special Interim Dividend

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2024, has recommended a Special Interim dividend of Rs.12 per share (i.e.120%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
