Goldiam International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday May 7 2025 to consider inter alia proposal for raising of funds through issuance of instruments or securities including equity shares or any other eligible securities by way of one or more public and/or private offerings including on a preferential allotment basis and/or a qualified institutions placement subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including approval of the shareholders of the Company.
