Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that consequent upon completion of tenure of office on 15 November 2024, Vimla Pradhan (DIN 09398793), Vivekananda Biswal (DIN 00977767), Bechan Lal (DIN 09397116) & Ramdarshan Singh Pal (DIN 09400298) have ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company effective 16 November 2024.
