INDO AMINES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Indo Amines Limited (The Company) will be held on Tuesday 12th November 2024 inter alia to transact the following business; 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024; 2. Any other matter as the Board may deem fit.
