Larsen & Toubro acquires 15% stake in E2E Networks

Larsen & Toubro has completed acquisition of 15% stake in E2E Networks via preferential allotment on 04 December 2024. The secondary acquisition of 6% from the promoter of E2E Networks is expected to be completed on or before 30 May 2025.
