Board of LS Industries approves loan of Rs 25 cr to SB Infosoft India

The Board of LS Industries at its meeting held on 29 November 2024 has approved to provide Inter-Corporate Loan of Rs 25 crore to SB Infosoft India. The approval of the Board, granting Inter-Corporate Loan is in line with the approval and authorization by the Board of Directors.
