Further in continuation of our earlier letter dated June 26 2024 under subject Closure of Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed till August 2 2024.
