Markobenz Ventures fixes record date for rights issue

Markobenz Ventures has fixed 28 May 2025 as record date for purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of 5(Five) equity shares for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity shares held by the existing Equity shareholders of the Company on Rights basis ('Rights Issue').
