To Appoint M/s Chirag shah & Associates Practising Company Secretaries Ahmedabad as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct secretarial audit of the Company for a period of five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029- 30. 3. To consider and approve Secretarial Auditors Report for the F.Y. 2024-25. 4. To consider and approve Board of Directors Report for the F.Y. 2024-25. 5. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
