Board of Muthoot Finance approves NCD issuance up to Rs 21,063.50 cr

The Board of Muthoot Finance at its meeting held on 12 February 2025 has approved fund raising up to Rs. 21,063.50 crore by issuing Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures by way of private placement in one or more tranches.
