Board of Muthoot Microfin approves NCD issuance of Rs 1,500 cr

The Board of Muthoot Microfin at its meeting held on 08 May 2025 has approved issue of non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore by way of private placement and Rs 500 crore through public issue during the FY 2025-26.
