Power Finance Corporation fixes record date for final dividend

Power Finance Corporation has fixed 13 June 2025 as record date for the' purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of members for payment of final dividend for FY 2024-25 as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 21 May 2025.
