Un-audited Standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024 as per the requirements under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. ii. To consider and approve Limited Review report of Statutory Auditor for Quarter & nine months ended on December 31st 2024. iii. Any other matter as considered necessary by the chairman.
