Board of Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem recommends final dividend

Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.05 per equity Share (i.e. 0.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
