Stovec Industries Limited was originally incorporated as 'Stovec Screens (India) Limited' on June 5, 1972. The Company acquired the present name on August 12, 1988. SIL was promoted by ATE Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Atul Sugar Screens Private Limited (ASSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Stovec Industries is a Technology and Market leader in Rotary Screens and Printing Machines. The Company presently engage in manufacturing and selling of Textile Machinery & Consumables, Graphics Consumables and Digital Machines. Stovec is a part of SPGPrints Group, The Netherlands and is a Market leader in India for Rotary Screens and Printing Machines. Stovec essentially operates into 3 business verticals viz. Textile Printing, Graphics Printing and Sugar Filtration. The large part of Stovec's product portfolio caters to textile industry. During 2001-02 the company Stork N V had entered into contract for providing services in connection with the refinery project at Pennar in South India. During the year 2014, Company acquired 100% Equity Shares of Atul Sugar Screens Private Limited, and was made Wholly Owned Subsidiary on May 30, 2014. Decommissioning of Contract Manufacturing Agreement (CMA) with Atul Sugar Screens Private Limited was completed in May 2022. The Company launched new innovative rotary textile screen printing machine 'Teak' at the ITME exhibition in India in 2022. In 2024, the Company enhanced its capacities by manufacturing higher repeat NOVA screens, Orta and special screens at the local facility and started the production simultaneously.
