Tech Mahindra allots 1.37 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Tech Mahindra has allotted 1,37,178 equity shares of Rs 5 each under ESOS. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 97,83,49,548 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
