Thirumalai Chemicals does not recommend Dividend

The Board of Thirumalai Chemicals at the meeting held on 16th May 2025, has decided not to recommend dividend for the year ended March 31, 2025 to conserve and allocate funds for the projects which are in advanced stage of execution.
