Tokyo Plast International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 21st July 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. Further as informed in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st July 2025 till 48 hours of publication of financial results
