Varun Beverages allots 41,250 equity shares under ESOP

Varun Beverages has allotted 41,250 equity shares under ESOP on 16 December 2024. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up shares of the Company is increased from 338,14,68,767 equity shares to 338,15,10,017 equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each.
