Varun Beverages allots 48,000 equity shares under ESOS

Varun Beverages has allotted 48,000 equity shares under ESOS on 22 October 2024. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up shares of the Company is increased from 324,86,77,405 equity shares to 324,87,25,405 equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each.
