Yes Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q1) ended June 30 2025; and 2. To fix the date and time of convening the 21st AGM of the Bank and to approve the Notice of the 21st AGM which inter alia includes the proposal (s) for (i) raising of funds by way of issuance of eligible equity securities; and (ii) borrowings / raising of funds by way of issuance of eligible debt securities.
