Affle India allots 35,000 equity shares under ESOS

Affle India has allotted 35,000 equity shares under ESOS on 04 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 28,06,50,120/- divided into 140,325,060 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
