Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended 30th September 2024 together with Limited Review Report thereon by the statutory auditor of the Company as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015; 2. Any other businesses if any which may be placed before the Board with the permission of the Chairman.
