APM Industries appoints Director

The Board of APM Industries on 29 October 2024 has approved the appointment of Shri Harpal Singh Chawla as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of first term of five consecutive years from October 29, 2024 to October 28, 2029.
