Arvind Fashions allots Equity shares

Arvind Fashions has allotted 26,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 4/- each under AFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOS 2016) to the employees on October 29, 2024, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them.
