The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2024 together with the Limited Review Report thereon; 2. Any other matter with the permission of chair. Pursuant to Companys code of Conduct and procedures for fair disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company have already been closed from July 01 2024 and shall open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results.
