Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited will be held on 5th August 2024 on Monday at 401 Kailash Corporate Lounge Opp Kailiash Business Park Vikroli (West) - 400079 at 02.30 P.M. to consider and approve the following: 1.To consider & approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. 2. To confirm the appointment of Mr. Mahesh Sohanlal Jhawar (DIN: 00002908) Director who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment at the ensuing AGM. 3.
