Jet Freight Logistics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir / Madam Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we write to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Jet Freight Logistics Limited (the Company) is proposed to be held on Tuesday August 27 2024 to inter alia; consider and approve the following: a) Proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of specified securities in one or more tranches through Preferential Issue Private Placement Rights Issue or such other permissible method as may be decided by the Board or any combination thereof and to approve ancillary actions for the above-mentioned fund raising subject to such statutory/regulatory approvals as may be necessary including the approval of the Shareholders of the Company; and b) Approve the notice to the shareholders to seek approval for the above-mentioned items as recommended by Board.
