Krishanveer Forge Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2024 and proposal for recommending the final dividend if any for the financial year 2023-24. Further it is informed that as per Companys code of conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives; the trading window shall remain closed from July 01 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2024 for trading in equity shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. During the above-mentioned closure period all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in KVFL equity shares/securities.
