To consider and approve the appointment Mr. Nikunj Maniya (ACS: 55264) as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. 3. To change the Structure of Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
