Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons in securities of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 15 2024 till 48 hours from the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2022.
