Responsive Industries fixes record date for final dividend

Responsive Industries has fixed 06 September 2024 as record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend at the rate of Re.0.10/- per equity share (10%) for the the financial year ended 31 March 2024, if approved at the AGM.
