RISHI TECHTEX LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday August 12 2024 inter alia to consider approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2024. Please note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01st July 2024 and shall remain closed upto 48 hours of declaration of Financial Results of the Company i.e. upto 14th August 2024.
