To consider and approve un-audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30 2024. 2. Any other business with the permission of the chairman if any. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 trading window has been closed for trading in Securities of the Company From October 01 2024 to till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above mentioned Board Meeting.
