The Hi-Tech Gears Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 06th day of August 2024 to consider inter-alia the following: i) To consider & approve the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2024. ii) Any other matter with the consent of the Chair and other Directors present. Further with reference to our letter dated June 25 2024 pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window of the Company has been closed from July 01 2024 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting i.e. up-to Thursday August 08 2024 (both days inclusive).
