The Board of Directors of VL E-Governance & IT Solutions (VLE), at its meeting held today on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered and recommended to the shareholders for approval of appointment of Dinesh Nandwana as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) erstwhile Whole-time Director of the Company.
