(ii) To approve the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Board Report along with other related documents for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31 2024. (iii) To appoint Mr. Kamal A. Lalani Practicing Company Secretary as a scrutinizer for conducting e-voting at the 40th Annual General Meeting of the company. (iv) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair and majority of directors present in the meeting.
