Bobby Parikh is the Managing Partner of Bobby Parikh Associates, specializing in strategic tax and regulatory advisory services. He has a wealth of experience advising clients across various industries and previously led the Financial Services industry practice at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He holds a Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed his qualifications in 1987. At the age of 59, he possesses expertise in Information Technology, leadership, board governance, financial matters, diversity, global business, sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and sustainability. Bobby was first appointed to the Board of Infosys as an independent director on July 15, 2020, and is seeking reappointment for a second term of five years effective July 15, 2023. He has served on several committees, including as Chairperson of the IT Strategy Committee, and has a shareholding of 6,887 equity shares in the company. The Board values his diverse skills and believes his continued association would greatly benefit Infosys.
