About Swastika Infra Ltd
- Swastika Infra Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 , pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 23, 1969 'Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers' and was last reconstituted on February 1, 2019. 'Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers' was thereafter converted from a firm to a private limited Company as Swastika Infra Private Limited' on August 6, 2019 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- Subsequently, the status of the Company was converted to a public limited , and the name of Company was changed from Swastika Infra Private Limited' to Swastika Infra Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 27, 2025 has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
- The Company is mainly engaged in EPC Electrification work like undergoing cabling, Rural Electrification, Construction of Substation along with their associated feeder lines & trading in electrical goods.
