- M/s Adroit Industries India' was thereafter converted from a partnership firm to a Public Limited Company, as Adroit Industries (India) Limited, and a Certificate of Incorporation dated January 19, 1995 was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
- Company is presently engaged in the manufacturing of Auto parts and components. The Company commenced as a partnership firm established by its erstwhile promoters in 1966 and have since evolved into an integrated manufacturer of precision-machined torque-transmission components and complete propeller shaft assemblies.
