- Ashutosh Fibre Limited was originally incorporated on May 21, 1985 as 'Ashutosh Fibre Private Limited' at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, by Registrar of Companies.
- Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and the name was changed to 'Ashutosh Fibre Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2025 was issued to Company by the Central Processing Centre. In 1995, the ownership of the Company was transferred to the family of Company's current promoter through a transfer of shares.
- Initially, the Company was engaged in both manufacturing and trading activities.
- Trading existed into the business until FY 2006-07; however, over time, manufacturing emerged as the key primary area. In 2010, Abhishek Rajendrakumar Agarwal, joined the Company through a transfer of shares and contributed to further development and expansion of the Company's manufacturing capabilities.
