- Further, a Certificate for Commencement of Business dated April 23, 1991 was issued to the Company by the Additional Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The Company is a manufacturer/trader of multiple grades of custom formulated polymer compounds, catering to diversified critical industries such as telecommunication, power, railways, water, oil and gas distribution, among others.
- In 2001, Company established a manufacturing unit in Goa to manufacture PVC compounds, cable filling compound, LDPE black sheathing compound, MDPE insulation compound and Polythene Insulated Jelly Filled (PIJF) cables.
