- Upon the conversion of Company to a public Company, the name of the Company was changed to Shree Ram Twistex Limited ' and a fresh certificate of Incorporation dated September 18, 2024, was issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company established its manufacturing facility in the first year following the incorporation, beginning with the acquisition of land in 2013.
- This facility was developed using a combination of promoter funding and bank financing.
- Construction, machinery installation, and development of supporting infrastructure were completed by 2016 and commercial production commenced in April 2016.
