Mahesh Chhabria, aged 58, has been the Managing Director of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited since July 4, 2017. He was appointed by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on August 28, 2017. Before this role, he was a partner at Actis, advising on private equity investments in India, and he also served as a partner at 3i India, leading investments in the healthcare sector. Chhabria has over 33 years of experience in financial services, including significant roles in investment banking and private equity. He is a non-independent and non-executive director at Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd, as well as in other companies such as Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited and Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited. He is actively involved in various committees, including serving as a member of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited and as a member of the Investment Committee at Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited. Chhabria is also recognized for his contributions as a speaker at industry forums and as a contributor to business publications.
