- Acme India Industries Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Acme India Industries Private Limited' on December 22, 2021 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
- Further, the name of the Company was changed from 'Acme India Industries Private Limited' to 'Acme India Industries Limited' vide certificate dated July 29, 2024. The sole proprietorship M/S Acme India began operation with the introduction of braille signage, for 'Divyangjan' in the railway sector.
- Additionally, in 2016, it started doing business of fire-retardant epoxy flooring, for interior furnishings in Indian Railways.
- Since then, Company has expanded the scope, initially focusing on manufacturing products for Indian railway coaches and later venturing into turnkey furnishing, refurbishment & up gradation of coaches and up gradation of toilets from 2017 onwards.
