- Later, the status converted into Public Limited and the Company name changed to 'Delta Autocorp Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 8, 2024 was issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company began with the establishment of Delta Autocorp LLP in 2016 by visionary promoter, Mr. Ankit Agarwal.
