- Dhoot Transmission Limited was originally incorporated as 'Dhoot Transmission Private Limited' as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a Certificate of incorporation dated April 28, 1998, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
