Black Rose Industries Limited, formerly known Asia Fab Limited was incorporated in January, 1990 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on August, 1991.
The name of the Company was changed to Black Rose Industries Limited w.e.f.
January 15, 2007.
The Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing and distribution of chemicals. The company set up a unit at Hatkanangale (Kolhapur district), Maharashtra, with an installed capacity of 500,000 mtr pm.
To part-finance the project, the company came out with a public issue Apr.'92.

About KKalpana Industries (India) Ltd

Kalapana industries (India) Ltd was incorporated in September, 1985.
In priority, the Company was engaged in the business of manufacturing of PVC & XLPE Compounds and Embroidery of Fabrics.
Post Amalgamation, the Company recycles plastic and manufactures plastic granules.
It has 2 manufacturing units with state-of-the-art machinery, infrastructure, equipment, and R&D facilities.
With plants located at East Coast of India, the Company gains advantage of low freight costs. The company chalked out an expansion project at a cost of Rs.5 crores to increase the production capacities of XLPE. The commercial production is expected during the financial year of 2003-04.
