Company was listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange on May 3, 1976.
Further, pursuant to the Board Resolution dated August 3, 2016 it applied for voluntary delisting on August 3, 2016.
Consequently, Company was voluntarily delisted from Calcutta Stock Exchange, pursuant to the approval with effect from July 2, 2018. The Company manufacture and supply industrial gases catering to a wide range of end-use industries.
